Every gram of solvent comes back, by design. Oil Squeeze's patented closed-loop solvent extraction holds raw material in a narrow 90–98°F band — well under the point where heat starts breaking down flavonoids and nutrients — then recovers the solvent and returns it to the loop before the next batch starts.

Running cool preserves them; the same process has pulled the fat back out of fried potato chips, recycling the oil straight back into the fryer.

That band sits well under roughly 104°F, the point where flavonoids and other delicate compounds start to break down. Hotter trades away the properties that make the oil valuable; much colder adds cost and complexity without a corresponding benefit for most raw materials.
Solvent vapor never vents to atmosphere. It's recovered and condensed back into the working charge inside the same sealed circuit, so a run starts and ends with the same solvent.
Because the process never gets hot, the proteins and nutrients in the spent material stay largely intact. That byproduct is often complete enough to sell or use on its own — a second product from the same batch.
